In shadows cast by city lights,

Where hope seems lost and cold nights bite,

Homelessness stands, a silent plea,

A call for change, for you and me.

Mental health, a fragile thread,

In minds where darkness often spreads,

It matters much, this unseen plight,

Deserves our care, deserves our fight.

Hearts Healing Humanity we rise,

With open hearts and open eyes,

To bridge the gap, to heal the soul,

To make the broken once more whole.

We offer homes where dreams can grow,

A place where warmth and kindness flow,

We stand for those without a voice,

To lift them up, to give them choice.

For every heart that’s lost its way,

We strive to light a brighter day,

Homelessness, mental health, our cause,

Together, let’s amend the flaws.

With every hand, with every heart,

We make a difference, do our part,

Hearts Healing Humanity we vow,

To change the world, starting now.
